Key Responsibilities

Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all female hostel residents.

Maintain a disciplined and supportive environment within the hostel.

Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.

Conduct regular room checks to ensure hygiene standards.

Monitor daily hostel operations, upkeep, and cleanliness.

Maintain updated records of hostel occupancy, attendance, and student movement.

Implement hostel rules and regulations as per institutional policies.

Manage student check-in/check-out, visitor logs, and gate-entry protocols.

Oversee meal timings and dining hall discipline; coordinate with the mess team.

Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues (water, electricity, repairs).

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
