Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Security Management:
? Ensure the safety and security of residents on all floors.
? Conduct regular rounds and inspections of the premises, focusing on floors 1 to 3.
? Collaborate with the facility team to monitor CCTV and manage entry/exit points.
? Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.
? Maintain a log of incidents and report any security breaches to management.
? Record and manage daily attendance of residents on floors 1 to 3.
? Monitor and regulate visitor access, ensuring proper documentation and compliancewith visitor policies.
Housekeeping Oversight:
? Supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure common areas, corridors, and residentrooms on floors 1 to 3 are clean and well-maintained.
? Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
? Address any housekeeping-related complaints or issues from residents.
? Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and special housekeeping tasks.
Food & Beverage Services:
? Oversee the operation of food and beverage services within the accommodation.
? Ensure the dining areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessarysupplies.
? Address resident feedback regarding food quality and service.
? Coordinate with the F&B team to plan and execute special meals or events.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
? Ensure all hygiene protocols are strictly followed in all common areas, kitchens,and recreational areas.
? Implement and monitor waste management practices to maintain a hygienicenvironment.
? Organize training for staff and residents on cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Resident Welfare and Discipline:
? Be accessible to residents for support and guidance.
? Address behavioral issues and ensure residents adhere to accommodation policies.
? Mediate conflicts among residents and ensure a harmonious living environment.
? Conduct regular meetings with residents to discuss concerns and provide updates.
Administrative Duties:
? Maintain accurate records of resident information, incidents, and maintenanceactivities.
? Prepare and submit regular reports on accommodation operations.
? Assist in the check-in and check-out process for residents.
? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accommodation regulations.
? Confirm room assignments and distribute keys.
? Ensure documentation of each resident and check for pending fees or dues.
? Provide Wi-Fi login details to all residents.
Crisis Management:
? Act as the point of contact during emergencies (e.g., fire, medical emergencies).
? Coordinate with facility management and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
? Conduct regular fire drills and safety training sessions for residents and staff.
Facility Maintenance:
? Check Wi-Fi connectivity on each floor, all rooms and common areas.
? Test biometric access on all floors to ensure it is functioning correctly.
? Check both lifts for operational efficiency and safety.
? Perform maintenance checks on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
.? Ensure washing machines are operational.
? Verify the functionality of microwaves, fridges, and sinks.
? Inspect gym equipment for safety and functionality.
? Stock a first aid kit wherever necessary.
Coordination and Communication:
? Intimate the F&B department with the updated headcount for meal preparation.
? Schedule deep cleaning of all common areas.
? Collaborate with the Male Warden to ensure seamless operation across all floors.
? Communicate effectively with residents to address their needs and concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
