Job Summary

We are looking for a

responsible and caring Female Warden

to oversee the daily operations of our student's hostel in Yelenkana, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, approachable, and capable of maintaining a safe, hygienic, and friendly living environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and ensure discipline among residents. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness in the hostel premises. Handle admissions, attendance, and leave records of hostel residents. Ensure residents' safety and address their concerns promptly. Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Enforce hostel rules and manage emergencies efficiently. Maintain inventory of hostel supplies and assets. Report regularly to the management on hostel operations.

Requirements

Female candidate only. Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience as a hostel warden or matron preferred. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle students with empathy and firmness. Willing to reside on campus (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
