Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safety, security, and discipline of girl students in the hostel.
Supervise daily hostel operations including attendance and entry-exit control.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of hostel facilities.
Address students' concerns and provide guidance, care, and support.
Enforce hostel rules and handle discipline issues tactfully.
Coordinate with management, parents, and staff; handle emergencies when required.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Education / Social Work preferred).
Basic knowledge of student welfare, safety, and discipline management.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a hostel warden, matron, or in a residential student setup (preferred).
Experience handling girl students' discipline, welfare, and daily supervision.
Exposure to managing hostel operations such as attendance, facilities, and housekeeping.
Experience in handling emergencies, parents' communication, and coordination with school/college staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
