We are seeking a responsible, mature, and empathetic

Female Warden

to oversee the well-being and discipline of female students/residents in an international hostel. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for supporting young adults from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the

safety, security, and discipline

of all female residents. Provide a

welcoming and inclusive atmosphere

, respecting the multicultural backgrounds of international students. Monitor daily activities, manage hostel routines, and maintain hygiene and order. Act as the

first point of contact

in case of emergencies, medical needs, or conflicts. Maintain proper records (attendance, complaints, maintenance issues, etc.). Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and kitchen staff. Mediate and resolve disputes among residents diplomatically. Organize periodic feedback sessions and well-being check-ins. Communicate with parents/guardians when required. Support hostel events, orientations, and cultural integration activities.

Requirements:

Female candidate

only Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (Social Work, Psychology, or Education preferred). Prior experience in hostel management of international students , student care, or similar roles preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Culturally sensitive and capable of interacting with students from various countries. Ability to stay calm and take initiative in emergencies. Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, documentation).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
