Warden (Female)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day hostel activities and resident attendance. Ensure safety, security and discipline inside the hostel. Allocate rooms/beds and maintain inventory of hostel property. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, water and electricity facilities. Resolve resident issues and maintain a positive environment. Prevent bullying, harassment, violence and substance abuse. Maintain records for attendance, complaints, visitors and incidents. Report maintenance issues and submit periodic updates to management.

Good communication and conflict-handling skills Responsible, disciplined and fair attitude Prior hostel / student management experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
