Job Description

Residential Duties:

1. Supervise and manage the residential living environment, ensuring a safe, secure comfortable, and conducive atmosphere for students.

2. Enforce residential policies, safety protocols, and behavioral guidelines.

3. Address student concerns, conflicts, or emergencies within the residential community.

4. Coordinate with maintenance, security, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of residential facilities.

5. Organize and oversee recreational and extracurricular activities for residents.
