Aditya Academy (Barasat Branch), one of the leading educational institutions in Eastern India, is looking for a

dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden

to manage the day-to-day functioning of the hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hostel operations including cleanliness, security, and discipline. Supervise hostel staff, housekeeping, and food services. Maintain student records, attendance, and room allocations. Ensure students' safety, enforce hostel rules, and resolve conflicts fairly. Act as a mentor and guide for hostel residents. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school administration. Communicate fluently in English

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate (minimum qualification). Prior experience as a Hostel Warden / in hostel or student management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Should be approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain discipline. Willing to stay on campus (residential position).
