Job Description

Coordinate and oversee daily hotel activities, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. Supervise daily hostel activities and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations. Ensure timely maintenance and cleanliness of hostel premises. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on hostel occupancy, maintenance issues, and student feedback. Maintain records of hostel admissions, complaints, and disciplinary actions. Prepare minutes of hostel committee meetings and track action points. Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of student records and hostel documents. Maintain inventory of hostel supplies, furniture, and other amenities. Act as a point of contact for student queries, complaints, and special requests. Ensure students' safety, security, and well-being within the hostel premises.
