Key Responsibilities

Resident Welfare & Safety

:Ensures a safe and comfortable living environment, provides counseling, and addresses medical or personal emergencies for residents.

Discipline & Rule Enforcement

:Monitors and enforces hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline and a peaceful atmosphere among residents.

Staff Management

:Supervises and manages hostel staff, including performance reviews, training, and ensuring staff attendance and performance.

Hostel Operations

:Oversees daily hostel operations, including room assignments, maintaining records, and coordinating with external vendors.

Maintenance & Cleanliness

:Ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel premises and coordinates timely repair and maintenance of furniture and facilities.

Food Quality Monitoring

:Monitors the quality of food provided in the hostel messes to ensure a high standard of nutrition and quality.

Crisis Management

:Handles and resolves conflicts and other crises effectively, and acts as a key point of contact for residents and their guardians.
