Job Responsibilities

Supervise hostel students and ensure their safety, discipline, and daily routine. Monitor student attendance, study hours, and hostel activities. Provide guidance, emotional support, and mentorship to students. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of hostel rooms and common areas. Handle emergencies and report incidents to management promptly. Maintain records related to student behavior, attendance, and discipline. Coordinate with teachers, hostel warden, and administration regarding student needs. Enforce hostel rules and promote a positive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification:

Higher Secondary (HSS)

or

Bachelor's degree

in any field. Prior experience in hostel supervision, mentoring, or residential care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage groups of students with patience and fairness. Willingness to work in shifts (day/night) as required.
