We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and empathetic

Boys' Hostel Warden-cum-Mentor

to manage the residential hostel and mentor trainees enrolled under the DDU-GKY program. The role involves hostel administration, student welfare, discipline management, and personal mentoring of trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

Hostel Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the boys' hostel Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene in the hostel premises Monitor attendance, in-time/out-time, and hostel rules compliance Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and kitchen staff Maintain hostel registers, records, and inventory Ensure safety and security of trainees at all times

Student Welfare & Mentoring:

Act as a mentor and guide for trainees' personal, behavioral, and emotional development Address trainees' grievances, counseling needs, and adjustment issues Motivate trainees to follow training schedules, discipline, and code of conduct Support trainees in developing life skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities

Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with Centre Manager, Trainers, and Placement Team Support trainee mobilization, retention, and placement readiness Assist in conducting hostel meetings, awareness sessions, and extracurricular activities Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY norms and guidelines Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
