We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Hostel Manager

to head the operations of our

Girls' Hostel in Kudasan, Gandhinagar

. This role demands someone who can ensure

safety, comfort, and community

while managing staff and day-to-day hostel functions.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Welfare & Safety

: Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for girl residents, with strict adherence to entry/exit protocols and safety measures.

Operational Excellence

: Manage daily hostel operations including housekeeping, food services, maintenance, and vendor management.

Discipline & Conduct

: Implement hostel rules and regulations fairly, maintaining discipline while building trust with residents.

Community Building

: Foster a positive environment by addressing student concerns and organizing engaging activities.

Team Supervision

: Lead and monitor support staff (housekeeping, security, kitchen, admin) ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.

Financial Oversight

: Handle fee collections, occupancy targets, and expense monitoring.

Compliance & Standards

: Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards as per regulations.

Desired Profile

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in hostel/PG/hospitality management (experience in girls' hostel will be an added advantage). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a caring yet firm attitude. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred). Ability to manage staff and residents with empathy, authority, and professionalism. Tech-savvy (basic MS Office/hostel management software knowledge).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
