To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Hostel Manager

to oversee day-to-day hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning across properties.

Role Overview

The

Hostel Manager

will be responsible for end-to-end hostel management, including resident services, staff supervision, operations coordination, compliance, and financial oversight. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hostel operations including housekeeping, catering, facility management, and resident services. Supervise and guide wardens, housekeeping staff, catering assistants, and facility executives. Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the hostel premises. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service across all areas. Act as the primary point of contact for residents and address concerns or complaints professionally. Monitor occupancy, resident satisfaction, and service quality. Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor vendor performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Prepare operational reports and present updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

3-7 years of experience

in hospitality, hostel, hotel, or co-living management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hostel/hotel operations including housekeeping, catering, and facility management. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Flexibility to manage multiple properties across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
