Job Description

A hostel warden is responsible for overseeing the daily routine and management of the hostel, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of students. Key duties include:

Resident Supervision

: Monitoring the behavior and activities of hostel residents, ensuring they adhere to hostel rules and regulations.

Safety and Security

: Ensuring the hostel premises are safe, including conducting regular checks, handling emergencies, and maintaining security protocols.

Room Assignment and Maintenance

: Managing room allocations, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of hostel facilities.

Conflict Resolution

: Addressing disputes or issues among residents, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a peaceful environment.

Administrative Tasks

: Keeping records of residents, maintaining attendance, managing check-ins and check-outs, and reporting to higher authorities.

Supporting Residents

: Providing assistance to students or residents, offering guidance, and ensuring they have the necessary resources for their stay.

Event Coordination

: Organizing or assisting in organizing hostel events, activities, or community-building initiatives.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
