Role Overview:

We are seeking a

dedicated and responsible Male Property Incharge

to manage a property for working Men and students. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing property operations.

Note

: The selected candidate

must reside on-site

as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the property Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the premises Handle inquiries, admissions, and tenant check-ins/check-outs Keep records of residents, payments, and maintenance activities Liaise with vendors and maintenance staff Address residents' concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

Male candidates only Previous experience in hostel/PG/property management preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Willing to stay on the property (mandatory)
