About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Hostel Warden. The role of a Male Hostel Warden within an "institution" specifically for a boys' hostel carries responsibilities tailored to the age group and the specific aims of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the daily activities of students in the hostel. Ensure the students adhere to hostel rules and maintain discipline. Assist in planning and organizing extracurricular activities and events for students. Serve as a mentor, helping students with personal development and emotional support. Maintain regular communication with the school management and parents regarding students' progress. Help with hostel administration, such as attendance tracking, room allotments, and maintaining records. Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure students receive proper meals and that hostel cleanliness is maintained.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification is Degree Prior experience in teaching is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A compassionate and caring attitude towards student development.
