Job Description

Enable residence life - safe, holistic, & comfortable Be approachable and de-escalate issues of conflict on an immediate basis Ensure that students are abiding by school and hostel codes of conduct Arrange for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student, if required. Responsible for collecting grievances of students with regards to maintenance of the accommodation & quality of food Report any cases of indiscipline or misbehavior by the students to the Director of Student Life Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments with respect to student campus life & hostel life Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and on-point delivery of services to students Manage the hostel wardens and trained them properly
