Position : Host cum Receptionist (Only For Women)
Location : Mumai
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing excellent customer service
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Provide information about store products, promotions, and services
- Assist with sales transactions and administrative duties as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
- Schedule appointments and manage the store's appointment calendar
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
