Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry.
Developing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets.
Collaborating with design and production teams to meet client needs.
Negotiating contracts and overseeing account management.
Staying updated with industry trends and market demands.
Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their uniform needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Overseeing the sales budget, forecasting sales, and developing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or uniform supply industry.
