Conduct interactive sessions including role plays, simulations, case studies, and presentations.
Prepare and update training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and practical activities as per academy curriculum.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, presentations, and mock interviews.
Provide career guidance, mentoring, and industry insights to students.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
Support placement preparation including interview skills, resume building, and industry orientation.
Ensure compliance with academy standards, training quality benchmarks, and timelines.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student development initiatives.
Stay updated with current hospitality, travel, tourism, and aviation industry trends.

Educational Qualifications

Experience Requirements
2-5 years of experience in:
Hospitality / Travel / Tourism industry
or
Aviation / Training / Teaching environment
Prior training or instructional experience preferred
