Design and develop training materials and modules tailored to the needs of counter sales executives, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.
Create training schedules and ensure that all new hires receive proper induction and onboarding.
Continuously update training content to reflect changes in products, services, policies, or procedures.
Teach key topics, including effective sales techniques, customer engagement, POS (Point of Sale) system operation, product knowledge, and handling customer complaints.
Train sales executives on upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
Develop strategies for improving sales conversion rates and customer retention.
Offer tips and techniques for handling challenging customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
