Job Role:

A hospitality supervisor oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains quality service standards in hotels, restaurants, or other hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Staff Supervision & Management

Assign tasks and schedules to employees.

Train and mentor staff to maintain service standards.

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.

Handle staff conflicts and resolve issues professionally.

2. Customer Service & Guest Relations

Ensure guests receive excellent service and resolve complaints.

Address special requests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Gather guest feedback to improve service quality.

3. Operations & Quality Control

Oversee daily operations of the assigned department.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders when necessary.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.

4. Financial & Administrative Duties

Assist with budgeting and cost control.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
