Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation, customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all cleaning tasks Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of duties

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience in floor care and carpet cleaning is a plus Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Attention to detail with a strong work ethic and reliability Prior experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is advantageous
