Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas Perform housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning Replenish room supplies and ensure proper presentation Handle linen and laundry duties as required Report damages, maintenance needs, and safety issues promptly Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and operational protocols Deliver courteous and professional service to guests Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory

Minimum English language requirement:

IELTS overall 4.5

PTE score of 33

Ability to communicate effectively in basic English Good physical health and stamina for routine cleaning work Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
