Looking for a Hospitality Sales & Operations Manager to manage our Airbnb properties in South Delhi.

Candidate should also preferably be located in DLF Phase I, Phase II, Sushant Lok area.

EXPERIENCE :

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY (Airbnb, Guest House, Hotel, Resort, Home Sales) TECH SAVVY - SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE APPS ON SMARTPHONE & LAPTOP EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY SALES IS A MUST EXPERIENCE IN AIRBNB MANAGEMENT (CO-HOST) IS A BONUS
REQUIREMENTS:

Speaks and writes good English Excellent customer service Strong negotiation skills to drive sales Able to supervise, train & motivate hospitality assistant Able to get the job done Able to commute
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Respond promptly to sales inquiries and crack deals

2. Manage check-in /check-out of the guests

2. Supervise the cleaning of the apartments

3. Coordinate with the cleaning staff

4. Handle the maintenance of the apartments (co-ordinating with the maintenance team : AC, plumber, gas, etc.)

5. Doing miscellaneous errands and getting the job done
