Hotel Vivek is seeking a dynamic and target-driven
Hospitality Sales Manager
to lead our business development and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing hotel occupancy, managing key corporate accounts, and building strategic partnerships that strengthen our market presence. This role requires a proven track record in hotel sales, corporate tie-ups, and event-based business development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote rooms, banquets, and special packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, wedding planners, and event organizers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets across corporate stays, leisure bookings, weddings, conferences, and group events.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the hospitality sector.
Collaborate closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
Strong client network within the hospitality and travel industry.
Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Sound understanding of the
Coonoor-Ooty hospitality market
and regional tourism trends.
Key Attributes
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
