Hotel Vivek is hiring an experienced and target-oriented
Hospitality sales manager
. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships to increase hotel occupancy and revenue. This role requires strong experience in
hotel sales, corporate tie-ups, and event-based business development
.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement effective
sales and marketing strategies
to promote hotel rooms, banquets, and special packages.
Build and sustain strong relationships with
corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers
.
Achieve sales targets for
corporate stays, leisure bookings, conferences, weddings, and group events
.
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the
hospitality market
.
Collaborate with the front office and operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Prepare and present
sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
to management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
Strong client network within the
hospitality and travel sector
.
Demonstrated success in
achieving and exceeding sales targets
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
Good understanding of the
Coonoor-Ooty hospitality market and regional tourism trends
.
Key Attributes
