Role Overview :



We are seeking an

experienced and driven Hospitality Sales Manager (B2B)

to expand Ekaanta's presence among

corporates, MNCs, SMEs, and premium travel agencies

. The right candidate will bring strong industry connections, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to design packages that meet the unique needs of business travelers, HR leaders, and travel planners.

This role sits at the intersection of

sales, strategy, and relationships

-- helping position Ekaanta as the first choice for

corporate wellness programs, incentive travel, and executive retreats

.

What You'll Do

:

Build and grow B2B partnerships with

corporate clients, HR/admin leaders, MICE planners, and top travel agents

. Develop and sell

corporate packages

: leadership offsites, wellness immersions, incentive programs, and curated group stays. Represent Ekaanta at

industry events, travel fairs, and corporate forums

to showcase our offerings. Manage key accounts, nurture long-term loyalty, and ensure repeat partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver

tailor-made, high-impact experiences

for groups. Track performance, maintain pipelines, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

:

2+ years of experience

in hospitality B2B sales (luxury hotels, resorts, or premium travel). A strong existing network of

corporates, HR/admin heads, and travel partners

. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

. An understanding of

wellness and luxury hospitality

is a strong advantage. Driven, strategic, and passionate about creating meaningful business relationships.
