We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Hospitality Sales Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role - ensuring excellent client servicing at the front desk while actively driving sales of fitness plans and memberships. This is a dynamic, target-based role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information about fitness plans, membership options, and ongoing promotions.
Handle client queries, feedback, and service requests promptly and effectively.
Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into membership sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up with potential leads.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Support day-to-day front desk operations including scheduling and member check-ins.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream) - mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage data.
