The Hospitality Staff member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism in all areas of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tables, and service stations.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Handle cash and process payments when required.
Assist in setup and breakdown for events, meetings, or special functions.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and uniform requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service training preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

Fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Interaction with guests, team members, and management on a daily basis.
