Position:Hospitality Manager Location:Ahmedabad Experience: 3 - 4 Years Industries:Engineering Responsibilities:
Guest Handling
Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors.
Ensure smooth check-in, issue visitor passes, and guide them to meeting rooms.
Provide refreshments and ensure their comfort during the visit.
Meeting Room Management
Arrange rooms, seating, cleanliness, and required equipment.
Coordinate refreshments for meetings.
Housekeeping Coordination
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in reception, office areas, and common spaces.
Monitor housekeeping staff and service quality.
Pantry & Refreshment Management
Ensure availability of tea, coffee, water, and snacks.
Coordinate with pantry staff for timely service.
Travel & Accommodation Arrangements
Book hotels, transport, and tickets for employees and guests.
Vendor Coordination
Interact with service providers such as housekeeping, catering, and travel agencies.
Event & Meeting Support
Assist in organizing small internal events, trainings, and client visits.
Basic Administrative Work
Maintain visitor logs, bills, and hospitality-related documentation.
Required Skills
Good communication skills,
Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi or Local language is must.
Computer knowledge is a must
