Job Summary:
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient financial performance, and effective team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of all facets of hotel/restaurant management, including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and staff management. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities across all departments (Front Desk, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
Ensure smooth and efficient workflow, adherence to operational standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to address feedback and improve service quality.
Oversee inventory management for various departments, including ordering, receiving, and cost control.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Financial Performance:
Monitor budgets and financial reports, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Assist in forecasting sales and expenses, and developing strategies to achieve financial targets.
Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
Collaborate with the Accounts department on billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimize labor costs.
Promote teamwork and cross-training to enhance operational efficiency.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.
Maintenance & Facilities:
Oversee routine maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and preventative maintenance.
Ensure all equipment is in good working order and safety standards are met.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations related to hospitality operations.
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience may be considered).

Job Summary:
The Account Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the finance department of the hospitality business. This role involves assisting with various financial tasks, including data entry, invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Accurately input daily financial transactions into the accounting system (e.g., sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Process and file expense reports from various departments.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Assist with processing accounts payable, including verifying invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments to vendors.
Support accounts receivable functions, including preparing and sending invoices to guests/clients, tracking outstanding payments, and following up on collections.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Cash & Bank Reconciliation:
Assist in daily cash reconciliation for front office and F&B operations.
Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records.
Reporting & Analysis Support:
Assist in preparing basic financial reports such as daily revenue summaries, expense reports, and petty cash statements.
Help in gathering financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
Payroll Support:
Assist with gathering timesheet data and preparing basic payroll information for processing (under supervision).
General Administrative Support:
Handle general office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing financial documents.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Communicate effectively with other departments regarding financial matters.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
