Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across multiple departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

• Deliver outstanding guest service by anticipating needs and responding with professionalism and efficiency.

• Assist in planning and executing events, contributing to seamless guest experiences.

• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.

• Engage in structured training programs to deepen knowledge of hospitality processes and customer service excellence.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality field.

• Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
