We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Intern to support daily operations in our hotel. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in customer service, front office, food & beverage, and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist front desk with guest check-in and check-out
Handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and service standards
Assist in event setup and coordination
Support housekeeping and operations teams as required
Help in billing and basic documentation
