. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle guests, bookings, and digital platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily

reservations

across booking platforms Handle

guest communication

(calls, WhatsApp, Airbnb/Booking.com chat) Coordinate

check-in/check-out

details Work with websites, apps, property dashboards Maintain calendars Update property details and listings Support management in day-to-day operations

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (spoken & written) Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle websites, mobile apps, and booking platforms Customer service mindset Good organisational skills
