Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in/check-out experience Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests Stay informed on our services, offers, and property details Assist in planning and organizing guest activities or events Maintain guest records and assist with reservations and logs Support efforts to monitor and improve guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, organized, and customer-focused Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
