Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding experience
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Plan and execute staff engagement activities
Handle grievances, maintain employee morale, and improve retention
Promote a positive workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Assist in payroll inputs and attendance management
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions
Monitor performance and support staff development initiatives
Performance Management:
Assist in conducting performance reviews and appraisals
Support managers with goal setting and feedback sessions
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management or relevant field
3-4 years of HR experience in the
hospitality industry (hotels/resorts/restaurants)

Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
