Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and well-organized
Hospitality & Facility Coordinator
to ensure smooth day-to-day hospitality services and effective resolution of facility-related issues. The role involves close coordination with plumbers, electricians, housekeeping staff, and other service providers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage on-site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality Management
Ensure high standards of hospitality services for residents, guests, and management
Handle guest coordination, service requests, and issue resolution in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards across the premises
Facility & Maintenance Coordination
Identify and resolve maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical, civil, and other services
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and external vendors for timely repairs
Follow up on pending maintenance tasks and ensure proper closure of complaints
Issue Resolution & Support
Act as the first point of contact for on-site operational and facility-related issues
Escalate critical issues to senior management and ensure timely resolution
Maintain records of complaints, work orders, and service logs
Vendor & Staff Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
Supervise outsourced staff and ensure adherence to service and work standards
Assist in vendor coordination and service scheduling
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily reports related to maintenance, hospitality, and operational activities
Provide regular updates and support to management as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management / Facility Management preferred
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in hospitality, facility management, or residential/commercial projects
Strong coordination skills with plumbers, electricians, and service vendors
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Ability to handle on-site issues calmly with a solution-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of maintenance processes and service management
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in real estate projects, residential societies, hotels, or serviced apartments
Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented personality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
