Manage check-in/check-out and reservation system for guest rooms.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
Maintain a warm, professional, and service-oriented atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
2. Operations & Facility Management
Oversee day-to-day functioning of all clubhouse and hospitality amenities including:
Guest Rooms & Housekeeping
Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi
Spa, Steam, Sauna, and Salon
Gym, Yoga, and Meditation Halls
Theatre & Digital Game Zone
Indoor Badminton Court and Indoor Games
Banquet Hall, Multipurpose Hall, Conference Room
Restaurants, Cafe, Juice Bar, and Kitchen
Garden & Outdoor Lawn Areas
Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and cleanliness.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with hospitality standards.
3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervision
Supervise restaurant, cafe, and juice bar operations.
Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams for quality food service.
Oversee menu planning, event catering, and banquet functions.
Maintain food hygiene and FSSAI compliance standards.
4. Staff & Vendor Management
Manage a team of housekeeping, kitchen, front office, security, and technical staff.
Conduct training sessions on service standards, grooming, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, laundry, spa, and event management.
Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
5. Event & Banquet Coordination
Plan and manage social gatherings, weddings, corporate events, and community activities.
Supervise setup, catering, audio-visual arrangements, and guest services during events.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments before and during functions.
6. Administrative & Financial Oversight
Handle billing, cash flow, petty expenses, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain stock records for housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance supplies.
Support management in preparing budgets, vendor contracts, and cost control.
Manage clubhouse booking schedules and resident billing for facility usage.
7. Security, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all safety, fire, and emergency protocols.
Maintain guest and visitor entry logs in coordination with the security team.
Conduct periodic inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Diploma in
Hotel Management / Hospitality / Facility Management

5+ years of experience
in hospitality, resort, or premium residential clubhouse operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping, F&B, and event management.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, booking systems, POS/Billing).
Fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati preferred.
Compensation:
?35,000 - ?50,000 per month (depending on experience)
