Job Overview:

We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and organized

Hospitality & Client Servicing Executive (Female)

to join our events team. This role involves managing RSVP lists, hospitality logistics, and delivering a smooth experience for clients and guests during events. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people interaction, event flow management, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle RSVP calls, confirmations, and guest follow-ups Coordinate hospitality arrangements including accommodations, travel, welcome kits, etc. Be the point of contact for client servicing before and during events Assist in creating hospitality checklists and execution plans Work closely with the production and planning teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Greet and manage VIPs, clients, and guests on event days Maintain professional communication and presentation at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Polite, confident, and well-presented Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic) Comfortable with flexible hours during event days Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

Previous experience in event hospitality, guest relations, or customer service Fluency in English and local languages Background in hospitality, PR, or events is a plus
