Key Responsibilities:Guest & Resident Services
Welcome and assist residents or guests during check-in and check-out.
Address resident queries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
Maintain a high standard of hospitality and professional guest interactions.
Operations & Maintenance Support
Monitor the cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of rooms and common areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors for smooth operations.
Ensure supplies, amenities, and utilities are available and functional.
Food & Accommodation Support
Assist in meal arrangements and ensure timely delivery to residents if applicable.
Ensure proper upkeep of provided staff accommodation and facilities.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily logs for guest complaints, service requests, and property issues.
Report operational challenges to the Hospitality Manager or Operations Head.
Support smooth operations across multiple units or properties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1+ year experience
in hospitality, guest stays, serviced apartments, or co-living environments.
Professional, organized, and flexible with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle operational issues proactively.
Knowledge of basic property maintenance and housekeeping standards.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to shifts if required.
