About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Hospitality Accounts manager

with a proven background in the

hotel or hospitality industry

. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. Hands-on experience in

Tally ERP

,

budget management

, and

hospitality finance processes

is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting and maintain accurate financial statements. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, and all statutory requirements

within the hospitality domain. Prepare and analyze

MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts

. Conduct

cost and variance analysis

, manage cash flow, and monitor operational expenses. Oversee

audits, tax filing

, and ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Utilize

Tally ERP

for all day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions.

Must-Have Skills

Mandatory experience

in finance operations within the

hotel/hospitality industry

. Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas). Strong knowledge of

accounting principles, auditing standards

, and

regulatory compliance

. Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

property management systems (PMS)

or

hospitality-based accounting tools

. Exposure to

CRM systems

or other advanced financial software.
