Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing on-ground and local marketing initiatives while leveraging digital marketing strategies and data analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in both field and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:1. Field Marketing Execution:



Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns across targeted regions. Coordinate field events, product demos, trade shows, medical camps (if healthcare), and outreach programs. Build partnerships with local vendors, associations, and community groups to boost visibility. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional business goals.

2. Digital Marketing Integration:



Plan and execute region-specific digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing). Optimize digital content for lead generation, engagement, and conversions. Analyze online behavior and adapt field strategies based on data insights.

3. Data & Analytics:



Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and Excel/BI tools. Use data to evaluate ROI, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies. Generate periodic reports on field activity impact and online performance.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:



Liaise with product, content, and design teams for marketing collateral and messaging. Provide training and support to field sales staff on marketing tools and campaigns. Maintain a unified brand voice across offline and digital platforms.

Key Skills and Competencies:



Proven experience in field marketing and digital campaign execution. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation tools. Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Educational & Experience Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in field marketing with digital exposure. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
