Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for hospital staff, including clinical and non-clinical departments.
2. Needs Assessment: Identify training needs and develop programs to address gaps in knowledge, skills, and competencies.
3. Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and simulations to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
4. Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to staff and management.
5. Collaboration: Work with hospital departments, leadership, and subject matter experts to develop and implement training programs.

3. Experience: Experience in healthcare training, education, or a related field is typically required.
