Key Responsibilities A) Job Related
1. Identify and assess future and current training needs through Job analysis, annual performance appraisal and consultation with HODs.
2. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations of the employee / organization.
3. Deploy a wide variety of training methods, like on job training, class room and outdoor.
4. Conduct induction and orientation programme for the new joinees.
5. Monitor and evaluate training programme's effectiveness, success periodically and prepare a summary report for submission to HR Head.
6. Prepare Training Budget and manage the same.
7. Keeping upto date records of all training programmes conducted.
8. Coordinate with concerned HODs and solve issues of departmental training / group training if any.
9. Ensure mandatory training programmes as per NABH are conducted and met (100%), covering all staff including outsourced staff.
10. Amend and revise planned training calendar / programme as per changing scenario of the Hospital / Management's requirement.
11. Coordinate with the department of quality in conducting Mock Drills on various Codes.
12. Initiate and complete Employee Satisfaction Survey as per the schedule, every 6 months.
13. Send quality indicators once in a quarter to quality department.
