Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our hospital supply division. The role involves visiting hospitals, building strong client relationships, and generating sales by securing regular orders. The candidate must be proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote and sell medical supplies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital purchase departments and key decision-makers.

Generate new leads and expand customer base.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collect and process hospital orders accurately and on time.

Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for delivery and payment collection.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [Insert qualification, e.g., 12th pass / Graduate preferred].

Previous sales experience in healthcare/medical supply industry will be an added advantage.

Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
