Hospital Supervisor for Srijan Eye and Mother Care
Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hospital Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise hospital staff and coordinate daily activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and scheduling. Monitor and maintain inventory and medical supplies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care. Address patient and staff concerns effectively. Implement hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
