SKS Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated and disciplined

Hospital Supervisor

to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle both staff and clients effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. Supervise and guide front office, pharmacy, billing, and housekeeping teams. Prepare and monitor staff rosters, shifts, and attendance. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance. Manage stock control of medicines, consumables, and pet products. Handle client concerns and maintain excellent service standards. Verify billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily financial summaries. Maintain records, daily reports, and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Coordinate effectively with doctors, Front Office, Vet Attenders and management. Implement operational improvements and maintain discipline within teams.

Requirements

Any graduate (any stream). Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare supervision. Age 40 years and above. Candidates from a Defence background (Ex-Servicemen) are preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations effectively. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
