Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the hospital store's daily operations.*
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming medical and non-medical supplies.*
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of inventory.*
Maintain accurate stock records in the system and conduct periodic stock verification.*
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions as required.*
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely procurement.*
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.*
Prevent stock discrepancies through regular audits and control measures.*
Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management.*
Requirements Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field.*
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.*
Strong knowledge of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.*
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.*
Excellent communication and organizational skills.*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.*
